Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
For every tab you open on Google Chrome from 15th until 19th of December, Google will donate to a charity. The charities supported are The Nature Conservancy, Charity: Water, Room to Read, Doctors Without Borders, and Un Techo para Mi País.
There’s a 250 daily tab limit, but still.
Everyone’s total tabs will determine a charitable donation made on behalf of the Chrome community, up to one million dollars. Here’s what your tabs can do:
- 10 tabs = 1 tree planted
- 10 tabs = 1 book published and donated
- 25 tabs = 1 vaccination treatment provided
- 100 tabs = 1 square foot of shelter built
- 200 tabs = 1 person’s clean water for a year
click on the link above and install the extension. 4 days only. let’s go help the earth :)

Google launches Chrome for a Cause drive, donates for each tab opened until the 19th
